1. How to order in SOCCERPETER?
Buying at SOCCERPETER is very simple and safe. Follow these steps to place your first order with us.

    1.1 Find the items you want to buy and in the product details, click the add to cart button.

    1.2 Review the items you have added to the shopping cart, you can modify it as many times as you want (from increasing or removing products, to customizing them or changing sizes).

    1.3 Fill in your details.

    1.4 Choose the shipping method.

    1.5 Choose the payment method.

    1.6 Finalize your purchase by registering with SOCCERPETER or as a guest.

    1.7 You will receive an order confirmation email.

If you have made a purchase as a guest, remember that you can also create your SOCCERPETER account to get more benefits when buying your items.

2. Cancellation of an order
Cancel the order before shipment
As long as the order has not been shipped, you can cancel it for free. You must bear in mind that if your order contains team logo, brand, sponsor's name, personalization, etc., private sale or other products that must be requested from a supplier, these orders will not be canceled. You must contact the customer service staff via email to process your cancellation request.

Canceling an order after it has been shipped
If you decide to cancel your order once it has been sent, or you do not receive it (due to absence at home), you can cancel your order (except if it contains the products of the team logo, brand, name of the sponsor, personalization, etc., private sale or other products that must be ordered from a supplier). We will deduct the shipping costs generated from the order amount (you can check our shipping rates in the shipping help section).

3. What if I only received part of the products?
If you have ordered multiple items with one order and SOCCERPETER only ships a few items to you, don't worry, this may be due to inventory conditions. Your products can be divided into multiple packages and shipped separately. You can contact customer service via customer care email to further resolve your issue. Finally, it will give you a satisfactory answer.
